  • A ₹120 return shipping charge will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Sale Items

  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed only for defective or damaged items.

  • Minor colour or design variations from website images are not eligible for exchange.

  • We will process an exchange only if the same product is available.
    If unavailable, the order will not be shipped.

Gifts
